The conference committee on the tax omnibus bill will meet TOMORROW (Friday, 5/11) and Saturday (5/12) to negotiate a final tax bill. We must ACT NOW to ensure legislators include the MN Tax Credits for Contribution Fund (H.F. 4072 | S.F. 3301).
Supported by 50 organizations and recently highlighted by MinnPost, the MN Tax Credits Contribution Fund still has momentum in the final hours of session – but we need your voice.
Right now, the Tax Credit Contribution Fund is in the Senate Omnibus bill as a study. The conference committee has the ability to change the language from a study to authorizing the creation of the Tax Credit Contribution Fund.
Please help us by reaching out to the Senate and House conferees (listed below with contact information) to advocate for the Tax Credit Contribution Fund. Ask that the committee create the Tax Credit Contribution Fund with authorizing language and a $1 million authorization.
