From ending homelessness to providing rental opportunities to promoting homeownership, creating and maintaining affordable homes for all requires work across a wide spectrum. In February 2018, MHP created the first continuum resource to visually illustrate the Twin Cities Affordable Housing Continuum, including the number of cost burdened residents in various income brackets, the types of strategies to address those areas of need and the institutions and entities engaged in that work. In 2021, that continuum was updated to include new data.
